I was without heat for over a month and was told by other companys my unit was unable to be fix, and would need a new one. L & B Service had heard about the problem, and they came out and fixed my unit with one small part, what was even better than that, We are a family that was on hard times, and they fixed it for us as a " pay it forward " I was so amazed, i would recommend them to anyone, before you just go with what the first guy said. Get a reliable second oppenion, if it was not for them, I would of spent money on something I really did not need to. Thank you so much for being such a carring and reliable company to the little people in the world. We need more company's like this in the world.
